“We have worked with SouthWest Minibuses on a number of event hires now and we were so pleased that they were able to take on this major project for a special ACEs client. The wedding was attended by a number of international guests and co-ordinating transfers to and from Heathrow was a major part of ensuring the wedding was a successful from the very start to the end of our guests experience. SouthWest Minibuses ensured that we were well looked after and no number of changes, delays or switches caused any level of concern or difficulty for the team in the office. The co-ordination on the day of the wedding and the Sunday brunch was overseen by Nav, who expertly ensured that all vehicles were where they should be and when. With 130 guests to get to the right place at the right time from hotel to Church, to reception and back at the end of the night, this was no easy feat. The vehicles were new and of an excellent standard, the drivers smart and polite. Thank you for making it such a well-organised and co-ordinated delivery – we’ll look forward to working with South West Minibuses again.
