South West Minibuses recently provided transport for a special wedding weekend planned by Alastair Currie Events, a Bristol-based event management company. We have worked with ACEs previously on a number of event hires, and were pleased when they approached us about getting involved with such a large and extravagant project.
The venue, which took 18 months of planning and 5 weeks of on-site preparation to create, was a large, double-decker marquee, designed especially for the big day by Alastair Currie Events. Boasting a top-tier dining area, complemented by the lower-tier dance floor and bar, the venue also had a separate outside viewing deck for guests to take in the cool evening air.
With South West Minibuses providing transport, the 130 guests arrived at the wedding in comfort and style. Getting them to right place, at the right time, was our 6 – 49 seat Mercedes vehicle, with ample room and comfortable seating, together with all the necessary safety features.
From airport transfers to the hotel, church, reception venue and back again, we took great care of all the guests whilst both on and off the road, doing everything we could to help keep the day’s events, and our minibus, running smoothly.
