• I just wanted to thank you so much for our transport on Saturday 2 Feb, our son's wedding. The rearrangements due to the postponement went like clockwork. The coaches and cars were brilliant, with no problems and all the drivers were very helpful and friendly. The only driver i didn't see of course was the one who drove the bride's party, we were all inside, so my thanks to him. My family found the coaches so much fun and we had a real laugh. Just returned from a great weekend in Manchester made all the more enjoyable because of the excellent service from SoutWest Minibuses. The drivers Jay and Pete were fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. The 16 seater we hired was very reasonably priced and extremely comfortable for the 600 mile round trip. We have just returned from our cruise and cannot praise your drivers, Sham and Matt enough. On the outward journey a CD was left in the minibus and it just took one call for the driver of the return mini bus to have it ready when we landed. We left some duty free stuff on the return and again one call was sufficient to retrieve it. This must be the most efficient, reliable and honest taxi service in Bristol. The bus drivers were so lovely, they looked after a group of young women going to a hen night in London, the girls were constantly asking for stops and when we arrived in London lots of streets were closed, but the driver did all he could to make sure we arrived happy and more importantly safe, ditto on the way back.
